Ron Howard

On December 10, 2011, Howard signed with the Milwaukee Bucks as the NBA lockout was ending. Howard attended training camp with the Bucks and played in the abbreviated training camp as the NBA season was taking shape. That makes him the 6th call up in franchise history and fifth different Mad Ant to be called up.

However, he was later waived by the Bucks on December 19, 2011 and did not play in a regular season game. He then returned to the Mad Ants.

This call-up was one retroactively added by the NBA G League in April of 2023 as previously, then-Developmental League players who were pulled from their teams for post-lockout training camps were not considered NBA Call-Ups. The league now acknowledges these players as official NBA Call-Ups.
