INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – March 12, 2024 – Indiana Mad Ants Stephan Hicks surpassed a career and franchise milestone on Tuesday night. During the Mad Ants’ 102-99 win over the visiting College Park Skyhawks, Hicks became the franchise’s leader in games played.

Entering during the second quarter of the game, Hicks made his 248th appearance as a Mad Ant in his career, surpassing the previous record held by fellow Mad Ants legend Ron Howard.

Hicks is also the franchise leader in wins as a Mad Ant (136), total rebounds (1,310), defensive rebounds (875) and offensive rebounds (435).

He sits second, behind Howard, in career points scored with 3,019 as of his 248th game appearance.

Earlier this season, Hicks hit two other benchmarks as he surpassed 1,000 shots made as a Mad Ant and also became just the sixth player in NBA G League history to score 3,000 or more points with the same franchise in their career.

His name continues to be written all over the Mad Ants record books as he also sits second all-time for the franchise in three pointers made (253) and free throws made (639).
