Isaiah Wong added to G League Up Next Game on All-Star Weekend

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – FEBRUARY 7, 2024 – Indiana Mad Ants and Pacers two-way player Isaiah Wong has been selected to participate in the NBA G League's Up Next games as a replacement player during All-Star Weekend in Indianapolis, the league announced Wednesday.

28 total players will participate, drafted by social media influencer general managers. Wong will join teammate Oscar Tshiebwe in participating in the Up Next games, while Mad Ants head coach Tom Hankins will also coach one of the teams.

Wong is averaging 13.9 points and 4.5 assists per game during the NBA G League's regular season that began on December 27.

The NBA G League Up Next Game presented by AT&T will be held as part of NBA All-Star 2024 on Sunday, February 18 at 1:30 p.m. ET at G League Park in NBA Crossover at the Indiana Convention Center. The event features an exciting new tournament-style format where each team will have its own influencer general manager, who will draft their squad.

Fans can attend the NBA G League Up Next Game presented by AT&T by purchasing general admission tickets to NBA Crossover, starting at $35 for adults and $20 for children 12 and under. Tickets are available at http://NBAEvents.com and the game will be streamed on nbagleague.com and through the NBA G League's YouTube channel, amongst other platforms.

Last season, Trevelin Queen and Gabe York represented the Mad Ants during All-Star weekend, coming away with a win in the G League game, both as part of Team Luka Garza.
