Overview: After spending last season in China, Bell returned to the Mad Ants to begin the 2023-24 season via returning player rights.

During the season, Bell became the franchise's blocked shot king setting records for both blocked shots in a season (105) and blocked shots in a Mad Ants career (155) with the career mark topping the previous record of 113. Along the way, Bell now has the most games of 5 or more blocks in a Mad Ants career with eight and is tied for the most games in a single season of 5 or more blocks with six.

On December 29 in a win over Birmingham, Bell tied the 4th best block game in franchise history with 7.

Bell spent time during the season with Team USA as part of AmeriCup Qualifying games against Cuba with Mad Ants teammate Elfrid Payton.

At the end of the season, Bell had the third best single season field goal percentage in Mad Ants history (minimum 100 attempts) at .603 (184-305). He left the team on March 11 to join a team in the Chinese Basketball Association.

Before his exit, Bell was ranked in the top five in the NBA G League in both field goal percentage and blocked shots. He averaged 11.3 points, 2.7 blocks and 7.7 rebounds per game during the season with the Mad Ants.

Notable Performances:

December 15, 2023: Against Motor City, Bell posted a heavy stat line of 15 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists and four blocks.
March 8, 2024: In what turned out to be his final Mad Ants game of the season, Bell scored 21 points on 10-of-11 shooting with 10 rebounds and 7 assists in a win at Raptors 905.
