Richardson played with the Indiana Pacers and Chicago Bulls in the 2001-02 season after his four-year playing career at Hofstra University. His professional playing career includes time in the NBA Development League with the North Charleston Lowgators in 2003 and Fayetteville Patriots in 2006.

“I am thrilled to have Norman on the staff. He brings a lot of professional experience from being a player in the NBA and as a head coach overseas, as well as in the G League,” Mad Ants Head Coach Steve Gansey said. “Norman is a great basketball coach and will help us win basketball games throughout this season.”

Taylor enters his first year with Fort Wayne as the Director of Basketball Operations after five years with the Indiana Pacers. While with the Pacers, Taylor began as a Basketball Operations Intern in 2012 and eventually earned a promotion as a Basketball Operations Coordinator. Hailing from Calais, Maine, Taylor’s professional background includes roles with the Maine Red Claws and the Boston Celtics. Taylor attended and played basketball under Head Coach Hank Smith at Emerson College in Boston.

King comes to the Mad Ants after a Division I playing-career at Stony Brook University (2012-15) and at Fairfield University (2015-16). King started 10 games for the Sea Wolves in his three years and was also inserted into the starting lineup for five games during his lone season with the Stags. The Derry, New Hampshire native spent this summer back home as an independent trainer working with numerous collegiate and professional players.

Rosselli joins Fort Wayne after working with the Southern Methodist University football program in 2016. His first occupation in professional sports was as an athletic training intern for the San Diego Chargers during the 2015-16 season. Hailing from Darrington, Washington, Rosselli is a San Diego State graduate, with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Athletic Training. Prior to attending SDSU, he served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2002-11, achieving the rank of Sergeant.

“We are thrilled to add these four individuals to an already strong returning group. Each person on our staff has shown a commitment to excellence and a willingness to put the team before themselves,” General Manager Brian Levy said. “We are eager to see their positive impact on our players and our community.”

Alex Cerda earned a promotion following his first year with the Mad Ants and will be the new Video Coordinator. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin and serving as a student manager for the men’s basketball team, Cerda’s first year in 2016-17 with Fort Wayne was as a Basketball Operations Intern.
