Dan Vance

Dan joined the Mad Ants staff in February 2020 in the position of Media Relations Manager. In 2022, he was promoted to the role of Director of Public Relations/Social Media. He oversees the communications department, including media relations, social and digital media.

Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Vance is an alumnus of Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne. Immediately before joining the Mad Ants, Vance was the Marketing Director for Living In The Fort. Vance joined the Mad Ants organization with a 20-plus year background in media and publications, including with Outside the Huddle, as a Multimedia Editor and page designer at the Fort Wayne News-Sentinel and as the Editor-in-Chief of the Vinton (Va.) Voice.
