Levy completed his fourth season as the Fort Wayne Mad Ants General Manager following the 2018-19 season. Prior to coming to Fort Wayne, Levy was Assistant General Manager for the Bakersfield Jam for three years. Levy also served as a scout for the Phoenix Suns during his time with the Jam. He had been with Bakersfield since 2010 in roles of Video Coordinator and Director of Player Personnel and Basketball Operations. Levy attended Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, N.J.
